Delivery times are estimates only. One week extra buffer time is required before submitting your documents to your university. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your requirement within [20-45] business days from the date of submission to your university as per different universities timelines. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. If the client fails to fulfil its obligations in terms of necessary documentation or if delivery becomes delayed due to unforeseeable, uncontrollable or extraordinary circumstances occurring in our company, with an upstream supplier or with a carrier, the delivery deadline shall be deemed extended by a reasonable period. The same applies in the event of a strike/lockout/riot/natural calamity. If these circumstances last for longer than the period specified above and in the event wherein the client in not ready to wait further, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract upon making refund as prescribed on our website. Our job is to procure the candidate's Transcript/Mark sheet/Degree from their respective Universities/Institutions and arranging the same to be shipped to ECA bodies as desired in the service request with their authorization. We under no circumstances are responsible for rejections if any, by any ECA bodies or any other institutions. We would also not be responsible for any delays /Errors/damages in postal services for whatsoever reason.
